SHIPPING
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and your location. UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery except heavier items which will be shipped by Parcelforce or other Courier. All overseas orders will be sent by airmail. Certificates of posting are obtained for all items.
Estimated airmail delivery times are:
Western Europe: 3-5 business days
Eastern Europe: 5-7 business days
Rest of the World: 7-14 business days
These times are not guaranteed and CCF MindGames will not be liable for any losses/damages or charges incurred by the customer due to late delivery of the goods.
Stock items will be posted within two working days of order. (Working day means Monday-Friday).We will advise on delivery of out of stock items.
RETURNS
Customers must inform CCF MindGames in writing (preferably email) within three days of receipt of any damage or shortages. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded by mutual agreement.
Unwanted item(s) must be returned in same condition as sent - ie sealed must be returned still sealed etc. with any instruction books and packaging. Return of item is normally at buyer’s expense, although we will use discretion in this. CCF MindGames will charge a 15% restocking fee (minimum £5.00) for items received not in perfect condition.Refunds will generally be by the same method as the payment method.
EXCEPTION: SOFTWARE & DVDs
By law sealed software products and videos/DVDs may not be returned once they have been opened by the customer except where the product is faulty. This is to help prevent piracy. It is your responsibility to make sure that your operating equipment is compatible with the relevant software or CD/DVD before purchasing and that software is functionally adequate for your needs. This does not affect your rights in law.
